by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope
to the Personnel Office, 4/F, Mong Man Wai Building, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, N.T.

Application documents (ie. completed forms and copies of qualification documents) for the above posts (except research posts) should be
forwarded to the Personnel Office, 4/F, Mong Man Wai Building, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, New Territories before the closing date for
applications.
Applications for research posts should be forwarded to the relevant recruiting Departments/Units direct.

Click the Word link and the form will be saved in a file with .zip extension. Then decompress the .zip file to MS Word file and open it in Chinese Microsoft Word 6.0 *(or above version).
The registered version of WinZip ( a decompression software ) can be downloaded from :
Winzip for Windows 98, Me, 2000, NT 4.0, or XP.
